Mr. Mariano has more than seven years of investment banking experience advising companies on private and public offerings of equity and debt, merger and acquisition mandates, divestitures, fairness opinions and other advisory engagements. Mr. Mariano’s experience prior to joining Western Reserve includes the Investment Banking Group of National City Corporation and the Mergers & Acquisitions and Consumer groups of McDonald Investments Inc.

Mr. Mariano has particular experience with middle market mergers and acquisitions transactions for companies and has been actively involved in all aspects of transactions from pitching to execution and closing. He has diverse transaction experience across many industries, including automotive, business services, consumer goods, general industrial, healthcare and retail. Mr. Mariano has provided services to companies such as American Italian Pasta Company, Anomatic Corporation, ArvinMeritor, Inc., Bush Industries, Inc., Damon Corporation, Dots, Inc., Electric Sweeper Service Company (ESSCO), Finish Line Inc., Progressive Furniture Inc., PVC Compounders, Regional Diagnostics, LLC, Sandridge Food Corporation, SMC Corporation, Spartan Stores, Inc, Stylin’ Concepts Corporation, Wabash National Corporation and Wild Oats Markets, Inc.

Mr. Mariano’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (magna cum laude) from Case Western Reserve University.
