Mr. Male joined Western Reserve Partners in 2007 having previously been employed by the firm as a Summer Associate in 2006. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations and has analyzed companies in the business services, healthcare, and technology industries. Clients Mr. Male has served include Gallo Displays, Inc. in its sale to CapitalWorks, LLC; International Outsourcing Services in its sale to Marlin Equity Partners; the Adexis division of Cranel Imaging in its sale to FusionStorm; and PECO II in its sale to Lineage Power Corporation, a Gores Group company.

Prior to joining Western Reserve Partners, Mr. Male was a consultant for five years at Stax Inc. where he provided strategic insight for private equity and corporate clientele. Having managed dozens of transaction teams, Mr. Male’s middle market due diligence experience includes companies in the consumer product, healthcare, and heavy equipment industries.

Mr. Male received his bachelor’s degree with a major in organizational change from Northwestern University and his M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University where he was the 2005 Alumni Scholar.

Mr. Male serves as a member of the Weatherhead Alumni Advisory Council, a spokesperson for Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital and a director of Preemie Purple Hearts, an organization that assists families of premature children.
