Prior to joining Western Reserve Partners full-time, Ms. Fleck interned at Sandler O’Neill & Partners in New York during the summer of 2009. While there, she focused on raising capital for financial institutions. Ms. Fleck was graduated with Business Honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, with a double major in Finance and International Business. While attending IU, she served as President of the Undergraduate Finance Club, Vice President of her sorority, Alpha Omicron Pi, and was a member of the Investment Banking Workshop. She traveled extensively, studying German in Austria during the summer of 2008, and studying Emerging Markets in India and Croatia during the summers of 2007 and 2008. In her free-time, Ms. Fleck enjoys traveling, hiking and playing golf. |
