Turnaround Management Association’s 11th Annual Business Workshop for Northeast Ohio Includes Managing Director David Powlen as Panelist

At the 11th Annual Business Workshop held on December 4, 2007, by the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association, Managing Director David Powlen was one of four panelists leading a discussion on “Enterprise Valuation.” Mr. Powlen presented the views of an investment banker, while the other three panelists provided the perspectives of an accountant, management consultant, and investor, respectively, in a hypothetical case study of a company with multiple lines of business in need of both financial and operational restructuring.
