Managing Director David Powlen was one of three panelists who addressed “The Role of Other Professionals in a Chapter 11 Case” as part of a “Chapter 11 Roundtable” held on May 3, 2007. The program, sponsored by the Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association, was led by bankruptcy judges and designed for attorneys involved primarily in business bankruptcy cases.
