On June 22, 2007, Managing Director David Powlen spoke on a panel reviewing various issues that arose and recent developments in the Chapter 11 reorganization cases of several automotive suppliers during the 10th annual Corporate Reorganizations conference in Chicago, Illinois, sponsored by Beard Group and Renaissance American Management. The panel consisted of attorneys and financial advisors involved with Delphi Corporation, Dana Corporation, Dura Automotive Systems, and other companies in the automotive industry that were undertaking operational as well as financial restructurings while in bankruptcy.
