Managing Director David Powlen Joins Advisory Board for the Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop of the American Bankruptcy Institute

Managing Director David Powlen has begun serving on the Advisory Board for the Central States Bankruptcy Workshop which is sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute. The Board is planning the 15th annual workshop to be held over several days in June, 2008. The workshop typically attracts over 350 attorneys, financial advisors and other professionals working in the area of restructurings and bankruptcy. The American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest multi-disciplinary organization in the United States focused on restructuring and bankruptcy matters, with over 10,000 members including judges, professors, attorneys, and financial advisors.
