Managing Director Victor Faris was a panelist at the annual Distressed Investment Forum sponsored by Dow Jones & Company in New York City on May 24, 2007. The title of his panel was “Beyond Planes, Trains & Automobiles: What Other Industries Are Ripe for a Turnaround?” Mr. Faris reviewed recent developments in the real estate industry and outlined various possible challenges which may be on the horizon for the industry.
