Managing Director Victor Faris is Quoted in Crain’s Cleveland Business Article About Strategic Partnerships

Managing Director Victor Faris was quoted in an article appearing in a Special Supplement to the February 4, 2008, issue of Crain’s Cleveland Business which was sponsored by the Turnaround Management Association of Ohio. The article was entitled “Add Up the Right Strategic Partnership by Doing Homework.” Mr. Faris described the recent turmoil of and “re-pricing” within real estate markets, and noted that on both the residential and commercial fronts “there will be a great deal of competition in finding an institutional partner” which would allow a real estate company “to leverage [its] capital” and “become a more powerful buyer.”
