Western Reserve Partners LLC Inducted into M&A International Inc.

Western Reserve Partners LLC has been inducted as a member of M&A International Inc. (“MAI”), the premier international alliance of investment banking firms. M&A International’s 41 members have more than 500 professionals working in 38 countries, giving the alliance unparalleled international resources and access to purchasers, sellers and investors. During 2007 alone, M&A International’s members completed more than 380 transactions collectively worth $21 billion.

Western Reserve was inducted at a conference of M&A International’s members held in Milan, Italy on November 20-22. 120 professionals from the alliance met to consider Western Reserve’s application for membership, as well as discuss international financial developments affecting mergers and acquisitions and financings. The conference was chaired by Attilio Arietti of Arietti & Partners S.r.l. of Turin, Italy, who welcomed Western Reserve Partners. Managing Directors Mark Filippell and Joseph Carson represented Western Reserve Partners in Italy.
