Western Reserve Partners Advises Gallo Displays, Inc. in its Sale to CapitalWorks LLC

Western Reserve Partners LLC announced today that it represented Gallo Displays, Inc., an ESOP company based in Cuyahoga Heights, Ohio, in its sale to CapitalWorks LLC, a Cleveland-based private equity firm.

Gallo is a leading provider of customized trade show solutions, including the design, production, installation and servicing of three-dimensional trade show exhibits. With a distinguished track record of delivering innovative designs, exceptional project management and best-in-class customer service, Gallo has become the exhibit producer of choice in the health care industry.

Leading the assignment for Western Reserve Partners were Managing Director David Dunstan and Associate Andrew Male. “It has been a pleasure working with Gallo,” said Dunstan. “The company is a leader in its niche, with exciting growth opportunities. Gallo was founded in 1929 by Paul Gallo as a marquee designer and has evolved into a full-service trade show solutions provider. Current Chief Executive Officer Cathy André joined the company in 1973 and became president in 1996 upon the Gallo family’s conversion of the company into an ESOP. In 2006, André led the acquisition of Opus Design of New York, which diversified Gallo into additional trade show verticals including building products and technology.
